This was my first ever car buying experience and the folks at Superior Subaru were incredibly patient and understanding with me. I walked into the dealership with very little idea of what I wanted and they allowed me several opportunities for 24 hour test drives of multiple vehicles. When I finally did make a decision and it came time to finalize a price they were very reasonable and got back to me quickly. Simon Gutierrez and Ray Peters have been great to work with! I started my car search a few months ago. I had been to a few lots around Greater Houston but was less then impressed with the service I was seeing. A friend mentioned Subaru and so I decided to check them out. Within minutes of an online search Bryan Nardozzi was already sending me a text and email with super helpful information. I went in after work at 6pm and he and the sales manager Naser stayed until we got the perfect deal and the perfect car for my family. I went in looking at the smallest SUV and was able to walk out with so much more than I expected in an even bigger SUV. I'm so happy with my new Forester and all it has to offer. I just want to drive all day! 10/10 recommend!!

We walked into Superior Subaru and right away I knew it was going to be a different experience than your average dealership. The environment was very relaxed and welcoming. I was greeted by Bryan Nardozzi who was absolutely amazing. He was super helping and very informative. The floor manager Gary was very nice too. Not once did I feel pressured or like I was getting \the run around.\ I leased a 2021 Ascent and I know we made the right decision. The entire process from start to finish was just a breeze. I will never go to another dealer.
