I moved to Four Oaks from North Raleigh back in October. Leaving my family vet of 10 years was hard, but Carolina Crossing is super close to my new home. I have a 4 yr old GSD, and the staff at this vets office are so kind and helpful. The veterinarian tech staff who’s been helping me with my boy have been nothing but exemplary! I appreciate their honesty, advice, and genuine concern about my dog. They are VERY educated with his breed and have even taken time to help educate me about his manners and social skills. They even notice the small improvements we’ve been working on together, which says a lot to me as a dog owner. They pay attention to detail, but never make me or my dog feel uncomfortable. Shadow has a clean bill of health and I feel very safe and content going back to them with my sunshine boy. Thank you very much for your time, care, and patience with us CC! You guys are lifesavers!

I live 5 minutes away, my dog was choking and had stopped breathing. I called on the way to let you know I was coming. Your receptionist said not to come, to find an emergency vet instead. I asked for the name of one in the area, your receptionist said there are none close by and suggested to call around to other clinics because Carolina Crossings couldn't help after I expressed again that MY DOG WAS NOT BREATHING and pleaded for any kind of help. She died in my arms in your parking lot. Thanks for nothing. Don't go here if you want your pet to live. Edit to respond to owners: That is a lie, they never gave me a single suggestion on who to call, they never said anything about one being 15 miles away or where any emergency vets were located local or not. Their exact response was call another vet for recommendations because they had none. They sounded inconvenienced with any questions I had and had ZERO sympathy. Read your other reviews not sure why your receptionist horrific customer service is any surprise, this isn't the first complaint of it. I made it to your parking lot and held my dead pet and then left. Really don't care if you noticed me or not, nor do I care about your reasons for declining help. I would never chose to become a vet and then not help a pet in an emergency no matter what risk it posed to myself. But that's just how my heart works. They never offered me any help or sympathy. Not a name of even one emergency vet at all or an I'm sorry or a kind voice to say stay calm literally nothing but an annoyed voice saying \call around to other places to get a number for an emergency vet because we can't help

It was easy and quick to get an appointment. The service was top notch. They took care of our dog for a reasonable price.
