They stole my brothers car from in front of his apartment building. The owner NEVER called to have it removed, and they did not follow ANY of the protocols for verification of identify of the vehicle owner prior to ILLEGALLY and UNLAWFULLY removing the vehicle. Needless to say, we're in the process of pressing larceny charges.

They was nice. My car was delivered safe to shop and back home. I would call them again if I need them again.
I'm a little late to review and don't remember my drivers name but our car broke down right as my husband was picking me up from surgery last week ... and we were an hour from home. The tow truck was there in no time and got us home safely. The guy was super kind and trusting. He even backed my car into a tight space with speed and perfect accuracy! LOL! I would highly recommend these guys!
Ok you towed the car..clap clap for doing your job. Let's talk about stolen items out my car after being left over a few days, and being rushed to come pick it up days later the same day after asking for their mechanic to look at it for me to see if it could be fixed. Then I find a small print about something being free, and I paid for with the total service... not suggested to have your car there overnight. Local mechanic has sketch people around apparently and allows them to do whatever since they seem to be \buddies\ ... I'll shop Black next time for sure
