I met Michal Castle through unique circumstances. I had a long-standing relationship with her cousin in Louisville, Kentucky (who is also a fine realtor) and - when she learned I was moving to Phoenix - she put me in touch with Michal. Naturally, I was cautious. This was a BIG move for me (halfway across the country) and I didn't know ANYTHING about the housing market in Phoenix. ...but the moment I met Michal Castle, my concerns vanished.
