Dropped off 2001 Silverado with the alien on the back window Oct. 6 2020 to have what should have been at most a couple week install done. I provided ALL the stereo equipment. All Steve was suppose to do is fiberglass some door panels and build a center console speaker box combo. His first order of business was to gut the interior and then just let it sit and sit and sit. I heard every excuse in the world in these SIX MONTHS. It is now March 8 2021 and my vehicle is still there. He hastily finished the job in a week after we demanded that he either put the truck back to the condition we dropped it off in or compensate us so I could repair it. The stereo system he installed is incomplete and not as requested in the first place. He then pre-emptively contacted a lawyer and the police before we were suppose to pick it up. He then presented my wife with an 8000 bill and proclaimed that the truck was not going anywhere until we paid this ridiculous bill. I see all the great reviews on here which drew me there in the first place. However my experience has not been good. After almost 30 years in the military living all over the country this is the worst experience with any type of shop that I have ever dealt with anywhere in the country. The next runner up is Dave Power Automotive in Salem. I was building this truck for the people. We wanna rock. Just my experience. YMMV Q
