Up until the first of the year I had 3 love mutts, the oldest being 16. This is not our first rodeo with a vet clinic. With all that said, this has to be the very best experience I’ve had with a clinic. We’ve had some scary times with a couple of our senior pups, and they have always made time to see us. They have been professional and always willing to work with you. I love these guys!! We have closer options in Georgetown, but choose to travel to see these guys! Thank you for all that you do!

BE AWARE! This can happen to you too. We took our kitten to New Hope Animal Hospital 10 days ago due to a possible ringworm. Dr. Troia looked at it and said it is not obvious if it is a ringworm or not, so he took a culture sample and did another yeast test. He sent us home with the ointment and recommended to quarantine the kitten. So we did. After 5 days or so, we called again to check the results of the culture. Dr. Troia was not there but someone else helped us and said it is positive from the culture sample, so we need to quarantine and Dr. Troia can prescribe an oral medication when he is back. After 2 days, Dr. Troia called us and said it is NOT ringworm so we can terminate the quarantine and it is safe and not contagious. So we terminated the quarantine and let her out. Of course family members started to have a contact with the kitten. But it got worse after two days so we took the kitten to 2 separate vets in Cedar Park, TX. Both confirmed that it is an obvious case of a ringworm and our other cat caught it too. So, because of New Hope Animal Hospital's failure to diagnose a ringworm now my whole family exposed to this nasty fungus. The rest is more tragic and probably it is probably why you should stay away from this practice. I called the office and wanted to talk to the owner, Dr. Brooks. And guess what, he did not called me after I left messages for 2 days. Then I wanted to talk to the Office Manager, I believe her name is Lacey. Super rude and very unprofessional! I explain my frustration and told her that this could be called malpractice if this happened to a human. And guess what she said, \Our conversation is over here\. And HUNG UP the phone. I am very sorry for the staff that are working there since they were always super nice on the phone and knew how to approach to a frustrated owner.

I haven’t seen a doctor here that I didn’t like but Dr. Knight is my favorite. She really understands my senior dog. I first discovered this place a few years ago when I was helping a local rescue with an intake of a puppy that was in pretty rough shape. He was in desperate need of medical attention and It was a holiday weekend. They were the only ones that would agree to see my rescue pup. Not only did they take exceptional care of him, they even did a medical grooming right then! After that, I was sold on this place and bring my two dogs here. Each visit has been great. Love this place!

We are a recent transplant to Georgetown, TX. We chose New Hope because family takes their pets to them. I was very impressed with the clean, open and light reception. I was pleasantly greeted and immediately helped. We were in for a routine exam and shots. The doctor answered all of my questions and was very patient with my Bella. The amount we paid in services and medication was very reasonable. We will definitely go back to them and (at this point) recommend them.

I brought my 13 year old Mini Schnauzer in Lexi as a walk in she wasn't feeling well. They came out to the car and retrieved her within 10 minutes of me being there. After examination it was decided that my little girl wasn't going to make it and the doctor and staff made the process as easy as they could and were very caring. Two days later I brought my other 13 year old Schnauzer in and she had met the same situation. The staff and doctors at New Hope were caring and loving to my baby's. They also found the cancer in my chow/golden retrievers leg and I was able to save her life because of them. I am grateful for the loving and compassionate staff at New Hope and I thank them.
