You can tell the bowls are made with love and can’t go wrong with any of the choices on the menu. We worked with them for a partnership and the owner/manager was super sweet. If you’re looking for a good and yummy heat fly option, then you should totally check out Vitality Bowl. P.s. Ariel is awesome and we love her! She was extremely helpful and professional.

I had the Superfood Bowl. It was good; a refreshing fruit-based desert. Presumably healthier than your typical ice cream. But it was also very expensive. Fresh, organic, exotic; these are all qualities that come with a hefty price tag. For me personally, the cost was too much versus the quality to be more than a one-time thing. But hey, if you're a health nut and you've got money to burn, go for it.

I’ve been coming here for a good bit now. I change up the bowls that I get and sometimes get an avocado toast or veggie one that I got this time. It’s a good amount of food but is a bit pricey. I was contemplating 4 stars just because of the price. The quality and people are great so I gave it 5.
