We were very happy with Central Reservations in OC, MD. The service was excellent. Offered curb side service with everything prepared and packaged in envelope. Excellent information concerning the condo we rented. Very happy with everything!

The unit wasn’t very clean. Black mold noted in bathroom. One bathroom had blood on the floor!! There wasn’t hot water, after running spigots a long time, water was somewhat warm. Shower had very little water pressure and had a terrible shower head. Stove was not clean. A cloth mask was left on the property. Premium cost was charged. Won’t stay here again. Some money was refunded, thank you for that, but I would not recommend this management company.

I completely understand the reason for non refundable deposits in normal circumstances but currently many of us do not live in normal circumstances. After much thought, we decided that due to me working in skilled nursing facility, it was not the responsible thing to go on vacation this year so we decided to cancel our reservations. When contacting Central, we explained the situation in hopes of understanding but only received a cut and paste copy of the cancellation policy. Eventually we did get the option of cancelling but only would receive a refund if it someone qould booked our date. Sadly, I decided that in the first time over 20 years, I would not be joining my family for vacation. As I said, I understood the policy when I signed it, but I think everyone can understand that the situation in the world has changed

Rented Belmont Towers Unit 201 8/1/20-8/8/20. Paid 600 per night, unit was filthy- spent two hours ccleaninleaning! Screen and bedroom closet door off track. Door from Master bedroom to balcony would not open . Broken furniture in master bedroom and two out of 4 chairs on balcony broken. Unit is outdated and falling apart- far from luxury! Given 100 reimbursement for cleaning fee however not acceptable for amount of money we paid. Was offered return cleaning and maintenance but who wants to wait around for someone when on vacation. When you pay close to 6000 for a week (not even-5 days) why should you have to be disappointed. Additionally, they are blocking negative posts on their site- people deserve what they pay for- shame on you!
