I just transferred to Dr. Lasner’s practice and I have to say the care you get with him is beyond what I have experienced with my previous GI doctors. He listens, cares and doesn’t leave you waiting for weeks for an appointment. I am very pleased with my transition. I have UC and my flare up is now under control and getting much better all thanks to him and his great team. Highly recommend this practice!

What a bad experience. Stay away. They gave virtual appointment at 4:00 for my wife still no Dr at 4:41. Then we called and were told we can't get a hold of the Dr let's reschedule we said no as we came for a second opinion. We logged off at 5:05 and then we get called that log back in at 5:96 and at 5:15 was told that he will be with us shortly. We logged in and he didn't get on until 5:50. On the call it didn't look like the Dr was at any facility. Either home or somewhere else. Worst experience ever. Apologies were said but since we wanted second opinion we stayed on but Sorry this is unacceptable. I will say go elsewhere.

I want to thank Sherry for her awesome and amazing support over the phone and excellent /friendly customer service she provided to me. She really made me feel very welcomed. She listened and answered all my questions without rushing me at all. I also had my first virtual appointment with Dr. Lasner who was also very awesome amd great knowledge. He listened to everything in great details, never made me feel rushed and gave me excellent answers and recommendations. I would recommend this practice to all without any hesitation. Thank you.

Dr. Lasner is hands-down the most caring doctor I have ever had. I have only had to deal with minor GI issues, but he has always taken the time to really understand what I am experiencing and answer all of my questions. He is extremely thorough, attentive, kind, and personable. He treats the whole person, considering the other factors in your life that could be affecting your GI health. I wish more doctors were like Dr. Lasner!
