Overall our experience with the CENTURY 21 (Betty Steinbacher Real Estate) firm was great because of our real estate agent Kim. Kim was on point, responsive and patient. She was always very polite and respectful, she even managed to provide bad news in a way that made it seem not so bad, as in, she was always prepared for the next plan or idea to get things moving. We really liked that. She was ready to tackle the \what's next\ question with a genuine and effective plan. Another thing that we really loved was that if there was a question or concern in which she was unsure how to answer, or how to handle, she was willing to let you know that and she'd look into the best answer or course of action instead of just telling you what you want to hear. We really appreciated that she was more concerned with taking the time to do some research and providing us with accurate information (which was always delivered in a timely fashion). Overall, Kim is a great person, real estate agent and professional. She takes her time to get to know what your needs and wants then applies them to buying and selling (which we did both). We have had experiences in the past with other firms and agents and it was like working with a car salesman. You genuinely feel like you are being taken care of and it's an experience we will never forget. You won't regret Kim in your corner!
