Beverly Childers is the most effective, helpful, and informative realtor, this was my first home purchase ever, she gave me all the information and help I needed, was so patient with me and also enjoyed her company. Tamara Johnson was our realtor. She did a great job for us. She was very understanding of our wants and needs and showed us a lot of places. She was available most any time we needed her. When we finally found the right place she made a difficult and long process much better and went above and beyond. She is very caring and really nice. I recommend her to everyone.

Beverly Childers was very polite and nice to work with. She helped with finding houses that fit my budget. When I got preapproved for a loan that was smaller than what they expected, it felt like the amount of attention I was getting dwindled. Maybe it was prejudice against my budget, maybe it was too many customers to handle and i got placed on the back burner. What I do know is that even though I asked to see a house and they confirmed the location and details, they never pursued it and the house pended a week later. You might have better luck than I did but I felt my experience was worth noting.
