Certified fire and security installed two security systems for us. One seemed to be working alright until we had a burglary and the cameras didn't record anything. Turns out the hard drive wasn't hooked up. They never tested the system to ensure it was all running. I called and spoke to Brandon the manager, He stated that it wasn't there problem but really the manufacturers. In the meantime, our other location that hadn't worked right since it was installed. We had called for months than other cameras stopped working. Called them to come out, this was a week before the burglary incident. Peter said he would be out to fix it on Friday and if not Friday, Monday. We are still waiting for peter to show up. its been over a month. When I called Brandon he said he would get someone out there to fix it. Couple weeks later still waiting on someone to come out. Talked to Brandon again and needless to say they didn't come fix it because they were planning to sell our account and just made it someone else's problem. Steve and Austin are good guys and do their best. Brandon has no customer service and feels no need to take care of their customers. Would not recommend at all.
