Great place. Huge, plenty of space for 12 grown men plus some and at a great price!! Great communication from the owner. Highly recommend.

I wasn't the one who set up the bachelor party so I can't speak to that part of the experience but we had about 15 guys there fit comfortably and had a great time! Sleeping 15 was a little bit tougher but we were able to make it work doubling up and taking couches and fold out beds. Bring a bluetooth speaker and you are set! We went to Louie's Steakhouse and white water rafting and there was a lot to do within 30 mins even off season.
This was an incredible place for a large family. We really had an amazing time and plan on going back
