Ridiculous teleconference setup, they basically make you check your email every 5 minutes to get the link emailed because the \Dr is running behind\ and the link won't be sent until she is ready. Asked for the Dr to call when they were ready because we have better things to do than check our email every 5 minutes when the Dr is over 45 minutes late and they tell us that is not an option, we have to continue to check for email link and hope we don't miss it because the Dr will just go to the next patient. After this refill session we are looking for a better doctor/office as this one has a well deserved 2 star rating for lack of professionalism!

Honestly, I would give 0 STARS if I could. I try to be a positive person so I will start with saying the receptionist is great! Everything else was HORIBLE! I had lots of tests and procedures done just for them to want to take more tests. You NEVER see the same doctor twice and they LOST my results! I have also waited at least an hour before being seen every. single. time! I finally just had it and walked out on my last appointment which i have never done in my life! If anyone has a good recommendation for a good GI doctor let me know! :)
So I loved this place and my Dr Sharon until I’m literally out of town for a funeral and having a major flare up and trying to get them to call in my prescription for days now . I’m hurting and I’m sick . They are non responsive and I’m sick of it . They have a job to help me . I pay them all the time for visits and now that I need them the most . I cannot get them to do their job . I called the emergency line and they just said to go to the hospital for a steroid injection . Really ? Go to a Covid infected place and get an injection vs you just doing your job and faxing a simple prescription. I’m so disappointed .
Staff was Very Good. My chart was with another Patient with the SAME FIRST NAME, But the STAFF was very nice. Did catch a Glimpse of Dr Reddy, as he was explaining the mix up with the other Patient with the same First name. I hope her procedure is positive. Good Luck Patients.
this office told me I had 2 cancellations they man was rude on the phone to me told me to go somewhere else to see a doctor horrible customer service
