We were referred to Charity Chimney Sweeps and could not have been more impressed. We were able to secure a same day appointment! The office gave us a window of 11am-1pm and the technician called around 12:00 pm to give me a 30 minute heads up that he would be at my house. Allen was wonderful to work with! He was able to accurately diagnose our problem immediately. He was quick and thorough with the cleaning and inspection. He rearranged our logs in order to provide the best air flow. He kept the area clean and you'd never even know he had been there! We would HIGHLY recommend Charity Chimney Sweeps to anyone requiring a chimney cleaning or check up!

They did a fabulous job making our 1926 wood burning chimney operable! We are having them back to put an exhaust pipe in our other flue sometime soon when we can get on the schedule! Highly recommend.
New chimney, new wood stove, and it works great! It took four guys to haul a 400lb stove up into the living room. We had to work the schedule around some rain to make the instal work. They were in constant communication via phone and text. No complaints.
Responsive, friendly, efficient, effective. They replaced our firebox and chimney cap, got an unsafe fireplace/chimney fire-ready, and converted to a gas fireplace, all in time for Christmas. Did the whole job in a day. Tim and Allen were personable, respectful of our time and home, and even kept the floors from getting dirty.
Wonderful company to do business with. From the office girl to the technicians who came out. They arrived in the time window I was given and called ahead to let me know when they'd be arriving. Cleaned out my fireplace and chimney with no mess. Will definitely hire again. I've also recommended them to some of my friends. Don't just go by Google reviews. Their Angie's List reviews and Home Advisor reviews are outstanding!
