I found Chase Inc. online and wanted to give a smaller local company a shot to help fix 3 different issues (plumbing and duct work) around our house. Rob and Josh arrived On-Time, and were both very professional. I was extremely grateful for their attention to detail as well as time. As they were working on one issue they were tag teaming on another in order to work more effectively. This company is very customer driven and still one of those few places on earth that \puts the customer first\. To this company it is not just about the dollar, but about the service. We will be calling on them for any issues in the future. Thank you Chase Inc.

From my initial phone call to the finished installation, 5 stars all the way!! Nick was the salesperson we dealt with over the phone and Ronnie, with one other person made the installation without a glitch!!! Work performed was a toilet replacement. Take out the old and replace it with a new one. Great work and professionalism!!! :-) :-) :-) :-) Highly recommend!!!! Thanks again!!!
We had a very pleasing experience with Chase today for some plumbing issues. The guys who came out were friendly and efficient, and they did quality work, which is extremely hard to find these days. The cost was very fair and reasonable. Chase was recommended to us by a friend of our daughter’s, and I am glad they were. We highly recommend them. Larry C.
I had a leak coming from a bathtub and I was able to schedule an appointment within a couple of days (wasn’t an emergency) and the people I spoke with were very professional. They came on time and Robert was great explaining their process and what the issue was. Definitely happy with the pricing, which ended up being less than 200 including parts and labor. Will definitely use again!
