I worked CVC many years ago as a receptionist / greeter and that was my "happy" place. I loved my time spent there. Talking and hanging out with the elderly, you learn so much. Even back then that place was filled with so much love! The moral of that place was over exceptional! Til this day I still think about this place everyday and it still makes me smile. Hope all is well over yonder and yall are staying safe and healthy!

What a beautiful community! Management is very easy to work with and very accommodating. The residents are happy and have the best life stories. I'm jealous of how nice the Memory Care garden is, it's like an oasis. Truly a wonderful building!

I worked both housekeeping and nursing departments. I never experienced such blatant discrimination until I had to report to the Registered nurse Annie. She lied and manipulated,.showed favorites while claiming to enforce teamwork, and would hide out in her office from certain family members of seniors who were in our care if they expressed to much concern for their loved one.I am giving this place three stars because while certain individuals here are mediocre at best, most of them are truly stand up individuals.

I have been an employee at Chateau Valley Center for a little over two years. The entire time I have been here I have been so impressed by the level of care shown for residents. Our entire nursing and care staff are AMAZING. You can see the genuine love for their jobs and the residents. Raena, our Community Relations Director, truly cares about the people that she brings in. She is thorough and makes sure that a prospective resident will be the right fit at our community. If she believes that we cannot offer them something they need, she will help them find another place to go instead. That shows miles of integrity, to me. Our residents touch my life on a daily basis. I can come in to work with an empty cup and leave overflowing. You just feel good when you walk in the doors. There is something in the air here. I would be honored to have a family member, or loved one, live here any day. This is truly a magical place.

I know this may seem a bit odd but I am an employee of the Chateau and the whole time I have been here it has been nothing but amazing. The Chateau is a place of warmth. Every resident here is special to us. The nurses staff is impeccable and always makes sure everyone is well taken care of, caregivers work hard around the clock to look after them as well. Our culinary team makes some of the best food and the residents love it. Our marketing director Raena is a glowing and amazing person always willing to help people feel the most at home. We are more than just a community we are a family.

My mother has lived at Chateau for over a year. The whole complete staff is wonderful. The front desk staff, nurses and all care team employees have been wonderful towards my mother and family. They feel like are family. Thanks for all you do. Dawn Crnich

After my mother decided it was time to sell the house and move into a senior community we visited several locations in Bellevue, Kirkland and Renton. There were many facilities that would have provided a comfortable environment for her. Each location offered most (if not all) the amenities that she desired, such as good food, nice apartments, fitness centers, libraries and more. But, within the first 5 minutes of our time touring Chateau at Valley Center, we knew she had found a new home. The residents at Chateau seemed much happier and more engaged than seniors we spoke to on our other tours. We were greeted by friendly retirees before the tour even began and that welcoming atmosphere continued throughout our time visiting. My mother has been living in her beautiful new apartment for 2 months now and she couldn't be happier. She loves the staff and has made new friends that she joins on day trips and other daily activities. This is the happiest and healthiest I have seen my her in years and we owe it all to the service and attention provided by the caring people at Chateau at Valley Center.

I am a former employee of Chateau @ Valley Center. I have nothing but great things to say about this place. The staff are great and the benefit aren't bad either but for me, it was the residents who made this place a second home to me. It was very hard for me when I moved north and transferred to Chateau @ Bothell Landing. I didn't want to meet and get to know the residents there the way I had in Renton. It didn't feel the same. The care that I gave and that the resident's receive at Chateau @ VC is that of incomparable excellence. The kitchen, I know, is run like a ship, since Michelle became the Sous Chef. She takes her responsibility seriously and takes the time to really listen to the concerns and feedback from the residents; and although she seems tough, she is one of the most caring and sincere individuals I've ever met. I would recommend Chateau @ Valley Center ten times over.
