I am so pleased with my experience at Mtn View Chevy. DERRICK was a phenomenal help to get me in a truck, even staying late after hours and being the last purchase of the year 2020. I can’t explain my gratitude to the staff for baring with me staying late and having an amazing attitude throughout the whole process. There is always an atmosphere of professionalism and everyone offering to help. Very friendly associates, which is greatly appreciated. I receive an oil change, and left to go home, heard and unusual noise from my rear tire on driver's side. Returned to dealership, an associate asked me to back the car slowly so he could check, he found a wire had attached itself to my tire, on my way home and removed it. Abdul was amazing. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased and he had excellent customer service. Abdul made us feel comfortable about the purchase and doing business with this company. We had just walked away from the vehicle we drove 4 hours to get at another dealership and didn’t have any plans on buying the Sonata. Abdul sold me on the car because he was so excited about it, he is hands down the best salesman I have ever dealt with and I rate him 5 stars. Once we left his office and had to go do business with Tim Cook the atmosphere shifted to very uncomfortable. Tim couldn’t seem to understand that we weren’t financing but buying the car before we left. He was so distracted by this fact that he didn’t even do the title paperwork and 2 weeks later I had to email and call Brandon Mathis to get that part done. Tim is the reason I rated the overall dealership 2 stars. His customer service was awful.
