Phillip was a great instructor for my ACLS/BLS training today. I started at 9am and was done by 1 pm (although I was the only one in the class). My instructor was knowledgable, patient and very thorough with ACLS/BLS content. I would recommend this class to anyone in the Chicago area! If I wasn't a travel nurse - I would be back in 2 years for re-certification from Chicago Heart Training.
James is absolutely wonderful! Very well knowledgeable and a terrific instructor. He clearly has a passion for what he does and it reflects. I would highly recommend taking a class here. James applies the course to real life situations and scenarios. He provides hands on experience and makes the course really apply to your job. I will definitely send anyone I can here and hope to continue to do so in the years to come.
This is class was fun, there is a lot of information to learn in a very short amount of time and for me it was a review from nursing school but still difficult to re-learn. The instructor is really nice and helps and guides you through the skills part of the class. I would definitely recommend the class and instructor. Five stars for sure!
James was a great instructor. Very knowledgeable and accommodating! I am active duty military and have been through many military medical courses and classes and this was one of the best I have taken.
