The first employee I was sent to, she, was very rude. I said hello and she says \what do you want?\ Mind you I had an appointment exactly what I want because they make you schedule an appointment. However, the gentleman that took over for her was patient and courteous.

Getting through the phone was tough but this was during COVID so I am unsure how it would have been pre-COVID. Overall, I was very happy with the speediness of my request. I needed to renew my expired Greek passport. From my initial appointment to submit my documents, to the time they notified me that my passport was ready for pickup, was LESS than 4 weeks :)

Easy to find. However, getting through by phone is horrible. Anytime I had to call I had to call another Greek embassy and they would transfer.
