I was in a bind over a fried dryer. I was able to replace the exact model for my home for a great price! They'll take my old machine away and install the new one for the best price around. Plus, I purchased online and saved a ton of time!

I have purchased five appliances from Grand over the past two years (fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and washer/dryer), most recently the washing machine / dryer. I will say that Grand does stand behind their appliances. I had an issue with my fridge which they sent a repair man out to fix for free about 60 days after my purchase, also I had an issue with the original washing machine delivered with it being defective, but my sales rep Garrett was very patient and worked with me to get a unit that met my specs and also was a good value. I am now very happy with that unit! I did remove one star because their installation guys did scratch my floors twice. While Grand did offer me compensation for that, I wish the delivery teams were more careful with hardwood floors. Other than that I would definitely go back to grand in the future. Thank you Garrett and team!
