We need a cleaning service and a replacement for our chimney cap. We were able to inquire about their service online. They made a trip to our house on the appointed date. Someone was cleaning and inspecting the chimney, and another one was supervising the work. They were very professional, and they successfully finished the task in less than an hour. It was nice that they accept different types of payment including credit card.

We were working with a roofing contractor who advised us that we need to get our chimney checked. They recommended this company to us. A staff went into our house to complete an inspection and explained the things that they need to do. They also provided us with a written estimated cost that greatly help in our decision making. It took only two days for them to finish the job, but the result was top notch. This is surprising since the weather is not fine on that day. They left no mess, and everything was wonderful. highly recommended to those who want a professional result.

Did not even get past the phone call. The person asked what zip code we live in and we stated 17109 and she said they don't have contractors in our area and hangs up the phone. That is very unprofessional and not to mention they are in Susquehanna Township minutes from us, so why would they not have contractors in our area?? We are business owners and if this is how they have someone operating in their business and answering their phones in this manner, they should be ashamed.

Called about 10 times trying to find out if someone could come out and repair my chimney and each time a woman would get on the phone and say there’s no one in my area to talk to me and hangs up immediately. Call back again and they keep hanging up after saying no one there services the Harrisburg area even though it has Harrisburg in their name.

Exceeded all expectations! We found the service to be well beyond our expectations. They are professional, and honest, and skilled!!The technician who serviced our home, Jacob, was very friendly, unbelievably courteous, and really went above and beyond anything that we could have wanted from him. It was clear that Jacob took great pride in his quality of work that he provided. We have not had particularly good experiences with contractors, who look at as just a way to make money instead of doing a good job on somebody’s home. That was not the case with Jacob. The quality of work was incredible, and he was clean, and just downright awesome! Both of my chimneys look like they are brand new, and they are now essentially waterproof so I don't have to worry about that kind of damage anymore! the truth is that you can just trustees guys. They give great work and you can count on them to give you great work. I definitely recommend.
