We called them on Monday, and they came on Tuesday at 10:00 am. They were very respectful of the house and the house owner. They remove their shoes before inspecting our fireplace. Our chimney cap has been there for ages and has shown a sign of deterioration. We are not surprised that they recommended the replacement of the cap with the stainless-steel type. They have the materials and they gave us a warranty and a lifetime guarantee. I was very amazed with the result.

You honestly can't go wrong if this is the service you choose to clean or repair your chimney our company has been using them for years for our hotel and they have always delivered on time, at cost, and with great efficiency. Have never found them lacking in the service they provide. It is one of the best service providers our bed and breakfast uses. I just wish they provided additional services. They are just so good and it is hard to find someone that has that kind of integrity and effectiveness at a cost is reasonable as them. Thank you for being at least one great service provider.
Just a great group of people work at this company. I like that after Ryan had come out and done the job that the owner of the company called to see how satisfied we were with his performance. They had sent us a questionnaire through an email to get a review, but I like that the owner went the extra mile as well. You don't find that kind of service, and it says a lot about this company all the way around. Ryan is the best, and you will likely find him to be also. You simply can't beat it when you are treated like family, in the good way.
I wanted to tell you how great Chloe was in helping me identify the snake that got into our garage!! We live in an area where I had see a copperhead in the driveway and it was a relief knowing the snake was only a rat snake!! Thank You so much! Alexis A
