I will not be returning to these guys! I took my boat in with issues they said it was fixed so I picked it up and put it in the water had the same issues! Took it back again same thing picked it up and put it in the water check engine and alarm on! Over a thousand dollars in labor/parts and 4 weeks and my boat still is not right! It’s hard to believe so many reviews have had good service here! The only thing good was that they got to the boat fairly quickly, but that doesn’t matter when it is not getting fixed! ***I took the boat in with all intentions of your team communicating issues with me and FIXING the issues to get my boat up and running. I picked this place as I stated before because of the reviews. Both times when I left I was told no check engine lights would be on or any more issues. Both times I left your place I took it straight to the water to try it out. I wish I would have been communicating with you this whole time instead of your people. Maybe give your team some advice on communication . I am just confused on why it was not fixed when I stated I wanted it fish ready. regardless of maintenance history I feel when you take a boat in with issues to a mechanic they should be able to fix the issues at hand. I also do not understand how your team did not catch the check engine lights and whatnot because first thing that happened when I turned the boat on sitting in the dock was check engine and alarms.

Hands down best service anywhere. Keith and the team at Chris’s have saved many a trip for me. Love my Haynie, Merc and the team that keeps them running smoothly so my family and friends can enjoy the water. Won’t ever own another boat or get service elsewhere. THANK YOU!!!

Max the service manger is awesome. This shop is busy and they'll tell you if they are backed up. But they are really good at sticking to the time frame they tell you and the communication is good. I haven't had any issues with the repairs they have made and while fixing boats isn't cheap i feel like i've always been charged reasonably

Max and the service crew did a great job getting me in line, and getting my boat repaired for a bad coil in the middle of a crazy summer schedule for them. They went the extra mile in making sure I was seen as soon as they could fit me in, fixed it at minimal hassle for me, and got me back and running. Thanks!
