My family has used this place for years and we always loved it. However, my mom dropped off our tree skirt (which she and Christina had designed together) to have my son's name added to it last February. I know Christina has been sick, but my mom and I have been calling, leaving messages, and dropping notes off at the store for 10 months and haven't gotten a single reply. My mom passed away unexpectedly two weeks ago and I've been desperately trying to get my tree skirt back since my mom had made it for me. I still haven't been able to get in touch with anyone and the voicemail is still full.

Christina's Embroidery in a small local business that has great customer hospitality and carries a small business cozy atmosphere. I gave a 4 star rating due to being a satisfied customer with the quality of work that they did over the years. In saying that, I'm struggling a little with the price increases. I understand businesses need to thrive but for me, I've noticed that the price increases makes quite noticeable when purchasing bulk orders of 35 plus units. The increased pricing of string is a mark up of around 1 per unit on bulk orders and almost a 2 per unit price increase compared to another competitor in the area on large orders which most would give a 3 star rating for 2018 compared to a 5 star rating in 2016 and prior years.
Christina's store is not only super cute and great for gift ideas of any sort, but customer service is exceptional! Very accommodating and flexible! I got hooked on getting gifts personalized by her! Strongly recommend you check it out!
I love this place. The quality of their work is exceptional and the showroom is filled with great items to embroider. I highly recommend stopping by to see for yourself....a hidden gem!
Christina and Robin are amazing to work with. I make custom suits and have them monogram all my work. They are a 10 star!
