If I can post as a 0 star I would. First, they told me that I signed all of the necessary paperwork only to find out when I was buying a new car and trying to add that car to the insurance that my account was frozen due to them not supplying all of the necessary paperwork for my to sign initially. Then, after not being able to pick up my car that day, I called that Monday to get this situation corrected, for them to let me know that I have to create a new account but they will fuse the accounts together once all of the paperwork is processed and be taken out automatically from my 1 account. They never fused the accounts and I received a notification that my insurance will be cancelled on my new car due to lack of payment when they were supposed to fuse the 2 accounts together and set up automatic payments per our last conversation. Then after receiving a voicemail stating that the card that I had on file expired when it doesn’t expire until 2022, I called and they told me that they do not know why I received a call about my card expiring. We’re they looking at the correct account or giving my information out to someone else or trying to add my card number to a different clients file? Then, again after they reassured me that everything was corrected and going to be taken out of the account automatically, I received a notification that my new car insurance has been cancelled due to lack of payment and that I haven’t had insurance on my car since December. I will be called and cancelling all 4 of my vehicles insurance. Obviously this office does not know what they are doing and gives State Farm a really bad representation of ‘Like a good Neighbor, Statefarm is there.’

Cindy and her team are very professional and courteous. With over 20 years experience she gives expert advice and complete coverage. I highly recommend. Ask her about Financial Services.
