Careful carriers, the owner of Circle Logistics is very sensitive and will ban you in their system for life for a fair but negative review which outlines pretty much the same complaints everyone had on here. He literally goes thru the reviews and blocks everyone who wrote a negative one

I have been working with Circle since July 2020. I have found them to be fair, responsive and flexible (when possible). Logistics is a constantly moving and changing industry and they've tried to change with it. Problems happen and slow things down, but the phone answers 24/7, not something you will always find in trucking.

Please, dont book with them, they always lie with the appointments, they never solve the issues or situations that pops up with the load and take advantage of the power position in wich they are as brokers with us (carrier company) happens 2 times to me with 2 agents.
