We've been working with Circle Social for a while now and I can just say it's been a very refreshing experience. Working with them has been unlike any other marketing firm we've worked with and, unfortunately, we've worked with many. Nick, and Circle Social, have been able to allow us to connect better with our communities and get out to the people who need the care that we provide. In addition, they've allowed us to see an increase in our out-of-network relationships as well as our contracted in-network partnerships, which we value. Overall, it's been phenomenal for our revenue and our ability to expand to look for additional opportunities in our communities. An additional thing that I really love about Circle Social, unlike any other provider we've had, is that they also help on the strategic side of looking at, if we want to go into a new marketing, or if we're looking at how we develop a new campaign in regards to positioning a new service we're going to offer. They're able to work with us and our executive leadership to provide a lot of helpful guidance because of their experience in this field and with much larger providers. They also have insight across levels of care - IOP, MAT, Res, Detox, etc that we've found extremely useful as we expand our own levels of care. It's been very refreshing and rewarding working with a partner that understands the industry and is not just knowledgeable about it today, but is actively on top of trends in the field and is educating us for once as providers so that we can position ourselves not just for today, but for the future.

Circle Social’s team has been an extremely valuable strategic partner to us in both a consulting and marketing execution capacity.
