Scott is a man of integrity. He saved me hundreds of dollars repairing my two AC units. I went through the home warranty service when the 1st AC unit started struggling, filed a claim and got an estimate from their in-network vendor, of which I was responsible for a considerable portion. I called City Air when the 2nd AC unit died. Scott came that Sunday, gave the 1st unit another look and found the root cause of the problem which was significantly cheaper to repair. The 2nd unit was a quick fix and we were up and running in no time. I can't imagine what the other vendor would have wanted to charge for that 2nd unit. Scott, thank you so much!
