After trying to cash a check at the drive thru I was told I had to come home inside for a 500 check. Then I'm the only person in the lobby for 15 minutes trying to get my check cashed. The blonde in the front left office, nearest the tellers, came out twice and was rude both times. Asked me to sit down because I was \pacing\. Finally after about a 30 minute all and all ordeal, I got my check cashed. They also charged me 10 for not being a member. Hope I never need to go back in this place ever

I love the fact that everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and it doesn’t hurt that they have the best rates in town. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a great credit union.

Careful Consideration

One of the ladies working there was really rude to me for no apparent reason. She acted agitated and confrontational. The other employees were polite enough. The real problem is when they ran a hard inquiry on me for opening a stand alone savings account. I later asked if this was in keeping with their policy and an associate stated no.
