Horrible service. The day I took it, they changed the schedules and the route of the tours, without having informed the passengers that we already had the brochure with the routes of each bus color. They delivered a simple, illegible and black and white photocopy, when the tours are identified with colors. The treatment was terrible, the staff located in Union Station informed wrong info. Because of that, I lost the afternoon because of the unexpected and uninformed change. They informed me that if I called by phone and made the claim, with the tickets, they would return the money. I called, I was informed by 3 email addresses to make the claim, but on 3 I received the bounced mail. And from what I could see on the web, they have their center in LONDON. In short, the service is ugly and the deplorable treatment, a total fraud. Pay more but do not take this service

Hot Garbage/Steaming Rubbish/Waste of Money The PA system did not work on either of the buses we rode (red circle and purple circle). Drop off location for the red and purple was confusing and not marked at all. Purple line bus dropped off at Arlington cemetery. Despite the Changing of the Guard time, the driver did not wait for passengers. One hour on the dot, he pulled away not giving passengers time to return. Next bus wasn't for another hour. It was an extremely hot day and seats were hotter than hell. Out of date information regarding the African American museum on the PA guide (basically said it would not be completed until 2015--it was completed!) The only reason it got an extra star was because of 2 very professional employees at Union Station (an elderly Black woman and a woman working to the right as you entered Union Station through the main doors. Definitely one of the worst tours I have been on.
Rubbish! We had to go and print the tickets as photos as they wouldn't give us the paper tickets regardless the fact that on the mobile version they state that you can use it as a mobile ticket! It took us 2 hours to get this mess sorted! It was 4pm when we manage to print them and they did not told us we were going to use the tickets only for an hour!!!!! Save yourself some money and don't buy this!!!!
Do not do this trip. They do not show up!!!!!
