We have gotten nothing but the run around from this title company. We dropped off a check to them to hold while we go thru the process of buying a house. The house purchase fell thru and upon calling the Vancouver location to retrieve our money they were holding, they stated that the refund check was ready for pick up. We went to the Vancouver location and once there find out that the check wasn’t even there. It was at another location. That location was to over night the check so that we were able to pick it up the following day. 2 days later we go back in to pick the check up and the check is still missing. No one at the Vancouver location knows about the check nor what happened to it. we contacted the other location who told up they sent the check and know who signed for it at the Vancouver location. Both locations don’t know where my money is at. How is that a good business model. You lie to your customers saying that something will be there when it is not and then when they say it will be there the following day, they lose the money. Stay away from this title company!!
