Clay was the 3rd farrier we contacted last year. #1 never called back with an appointment after several attempts. #2 actually added us to his schedule, but failed to show up or call on more than one occasion. Clay has been great to work with. He shows up when he says he will. If for some reason he has to reschedule, (dealing with animals and weather, it’s going to happen) he communicates the need as early as possible and works to find a time that’s suitable for us. The information he’s passed along has been invaluable for me as a first time horse owner. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable farrier.
