After trying them for 3 years we aren't too happy with them. Our 1st order didn't taste like it was cured, then this year we split a pig with our neighbors and had it processed here and BOTH orders were screwy. Neighbor said theirs didn't seem to be smoked or cured, and ours was not processed the way we requested. Won't be coming back.
