My husband and I went here to browse homes today and were helped by the home consultant Jacqueline. She was an excellent help even though all of questions were based in buying in another state. She took the time to research those states inventory and give us information about the modular building process. I would highly recommend working with this company based on our experience today!

We're just beginning our journey with this company and so far so good. Their homes are beautiful and I'm so pleased with the service; they've been really willing to go above and beyond for us so far. I'm excited to continue our process in the very near future.
I called these guys asking about homes and pricing. I'm in the picked up the phone seems like he was out of breath, very rushed and too busy. Although, he did ask if we had land. We told him no. Then he told us to buy the land and then call them back. Or my second option was to move into a mobile home park that they own. We're not interested in living right next door to someone and I'm mobile home park of all things. Because we're buying a home in cash we really want our own plot of land and minimalization of monthly bills such as utilities and food expenses only. Those mobile home parks are a problem because on top of all the other bills we would have to purchase space monthly even if we own our home. It's a much different than just paying property taxes only. I explained that has reply was you're always going to have to pay something every month anyway. I understand where they're coming from but the point is for us to minimize and downsize our bills. And it wouldn't be any point in us doing that only to add another monthly bill on top of having to pay property taxes with everything else. He continued to interrupt to force his point of view. Then continue to suggest to purchase land and then call them back. Without explaining any floor plans or asking what we were looking for or an additional cost to look out for or anything for that matter. We ended up going with Corey's construction which is fairly priced and when I called immediately they set up an appointment to talk to my spouse and I. They showed us several books. Showing us models of homes in person. They were able to answer all of our questions and even put us in touch with the real estate agent that frequently works with their clients independently and works within their budgets to find land. They even showed us some upgrades, samples among other things. I would suggest skipping these people / company if you are new to this process & have a lot of questions or the need for land.
I called to ask questions about modular homes and I had joe sellers talk to me. Me and my wife had been looking for 2 years for a new home but I will tell you the way he talked to me and how rude he was it seemed like he did not want my business so I will look elsewhere
Our experience was terrible. My wife and I drove over an hour for a scheduled appointment @ 10am. Once we got there we had to wait 1hour to be seen because Zach or Anthony was pulled over by the police because he had been driving a vehicle which hadn’t been inspected amongst other things as said from a staff member. I submitted a simple blueprint of what I was looking to have built and was told I would have a price in 3 days. A week past and I called and was told by Zach that I would have the quote the next day. Another week past and I was ask to submit prints again which I explained that was the only copy. Zach said no problem and that I would have a quote in two days. 4 days past and today 02/09/2018 I spoke to a rep who had no clue what was going on. Zach called back and said he had to send my drawing to a more expensive builder this time for no real logical reason. Then he said his manager suggested that I go somewhere else. All I wanted was a 14x66 trailer with a kitchen, one bath and no rooms for this is for my business. The people there are very unorganized, unprofessional, ingnorant and mislead. PLEASE AS A BUSINESS OWNER MYSELF DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS LOCATION. It’s either all that I said or maybe they didn’t want business from young African American Entrepreneurs. Either way it’s sad how the treatment and lack of care is here.
