I spent months researching water filter systems for my new home before deciding on CWR. Chris and I exchanged quite a few emails, phone calls. He was very patient and answered all my questions. What I appreciated about CWR was that it wasn't a one-size-fits-all purchase off the shelf/catalog. They truly customize the filter for your particular water needs and with health concerns in mind. The units arrived quickly and were installed this week. Dr. Speiser was also available during the install to answer the plumber's questions and even followed up with me the next day to give me personalized instructions and tips. I was so impressed by the customer experience and am very happy with my choice.

I have had the tree stage water filtration system for over ten years, the shower filter and now the air filter for about two years. Very satisfied and will be a customer for life. I work for Family Services and Housing and have extensive experience with planned obsolescence hardware. CWR is planned NON obsolescence. They are constructed to last a very long time.
