Aaron came out and did a *fantastic* job. We needed a chimney cap & crown ASAP due to some inspection finds as we were selling our house. They were able to schedule a good time, and Aaron was even early to the appointment. He also came back to patch up a newly discovered hole in our roof for a very reasonable cost (which I’m sure was probably outside the scope of his typical work: chimneys). I’ve attached before and after photos of both. Also... I feel compelled to say something... I’ve noticed a couple other reviews on here only leaving one ... and I gotta say, it’s disheartening. I don’t know Aaron personally but after only talking to him the two times he’s been out, I feel like I do, as he’s very personable and down to earth. With COVID, and everything, it has been difficult for everyone, and small business owners are no exception. They are people, too... with lives outside of their business. Consider the impact your negative rating has on someone (who does a great job) when they’re just trying to make a living. That said, I’d highly recommend Cleveland Clean Sweep. Out of *everyone* we contacted to get a quote & get this fixed, they were the most responsive, most flexible (w/ time), and most affordable. Definitely give them a call, and be understanding if they’re not getting back to you *right away* or a *tiny bit* late... because as you shop around for contractors you’ll see... they’re not known for their dependability, but Aaron definitely stood above the rest - at least the ones we spoke to. Thank you again for the amazing work! Well done.
Had them come out to inspect my fireplace that hasn't been used in 15 years. They could have told me I needed a cleaning or expensive repairs, but instead he said everything looked good and was safe to use, and he didn't charge me for the inspection. Hard to find a honest company these days. Highly recommend.
Service was good until I called them about falling mortar from top of chimney a day after cap was installed. I sent pictures of the problem. I was told they would come out and resolve. After almost two weeks and me keep calling for status due to no response, I received a voicemail from Aaron stating the mortar was falling out while he was installing the chimney cap and if I want a repair he can come and give me a quote. I sent before and after pictures showing mortar was in place after cap was installed. It’s very hard to find honest and reliable help these days.
I had them come and clean out my gutters today. Two very professional gentleman that did an amazing job!! I highly recommend them and will be calling them in the future!!
