Unfortunately, I was sent here after surgery for a medical issue. They took horrible care of me. Rude & unprofessional nurse and doctor. I will never return to this Express Care location again! Do not recommend.

Was taken quickly but after that forget it. The care team might as well be robots. A huge lack of understanding and compassion is present. It was too obvious that having to actually touch a patient, from reading her eyes, was unpleasant. I will never return to this facility.

I took my wife here because it was the weekend and we were out shopping away from home. She was having a dull pain in her chest and arm that seemed to be getting worse. She has been dealing with high blood pressure, so we decided to not take any chances and get her checked out. We have never gone to an urgent or express care before so we weren't sure if we should go here or to the ER. We spoke with the receptionist who took our insurance information and a brief description of why we were there. She had us hold on so she could run to the back and ask the Dr if he could see us because of the nature of my wife's symptoms. She came back and said okay and we finished her check in. Upon going back to the room the nurse takes my wife's blood pressure, which was high, and says we don't deal with this sort of thing, we only do sore throats and minor things. Then the Dr comes in and proceeded to tell us "his best guess is" but he has no way of testing. It's a good thing my wife wasn't having a heart attack! What a waste of time and a scam to collect . We didn't know and specifically asked if they could handle this sort of thing and they said yes. They should of been honest up front and sent us to the ER. That was misleading and downright crooked to allow us to believe they could handle our situation when they knew in fact they could not.

Highly dissatisfied with service at this facility. They are just assuming everybody has COVID-19 and refuse to treat anything besides COVID, and they are refusing to test for it!!!! I actually just got up and walked out I was so upset.

I think the experience of the individual is dependent upon how many people require service at a given time. However, I believe that this location is set up such that it is as efficient as possible. Their resources are nothing short of excellent. Dr Cara did a wonderful job in explaining things to me about my illness. Total service time for me took 40 minutes, which I feel was an excellent amount of time given the resources that I had available to me. I commend the nurses that helped me as well. 5 stars across the board.

They were very kind and compassionate. Wait time was not too long either

I came into this express care because I had hurt my back and was in extreme pain. I was immediately treated as if I were only there for pain medication by the PA Mark Stebbins. He was extremely rude and could careless as to why I was there. When I was explaining my symptoms to him and what happened he never looked at me, just looked at his computer the entire time. Never examined me or asked me any questions. Made me feel as if I should know what was wrong with me and that the symptoms I had were normal. My main concern and question that I expressed to him was what is wrong with me and how long until I could go back to work? I never asked about what to do about the pain until he told me I could no longer take ibuprofen because of the anti inflammatory he prescribed. Once he said that I asked what I could take instead and it was like he couldnt wait to tell me that they dont give pain medication there as if thats the only reason I came in. Being a productive member of society no one should be treated this way. I highly reccomend taking your business elsewhere. And I will be following up with the Cleveland Clinic to make this matter known.

Literally still sitting waiting to be seen by a dr. My sign in time on my sheet was 9:57, it's now 11:47. All im here for is a simple ear infection, it literally takes two seconds to come check my ears. Im livid.
