My husband was in Cleveland for work, mid October, and brought back a 5 lb corn beef roast. It sat in the freezer til Christmas, and we just did a simple searing and roasted and it was amazing. Drippings made the best gravy and over mashed potatoes it was perfect. For the quality of food we would have easily spent 100 out for dinner. There was almost no left overs and he has been told to buy more the next time he is in town.

First order not processed after 7 days so I canceled since it was to be a gift. I gave them another shot on April 25. Not processed/shipped until May 6. Arrived 4 days later with liquid pouches that were supposed to be ice. That stated ok to eat since smoked. The burka meat was the consistency of potted meat. Never seen this before in 58 years. Spice were mehh, smokies were ok. I grew up in Cleveland and thought this would be what I needed. Nope, nowhere near it. I would rather go to Kroger and buy premade boudin that day than wait 2 and a half weeks endure this mush.

This place is wonderful. Best sausage in town. I travel a good distance for their Hungarian Brats and Kielbasa. Very Friendly. It is always my first stop inside The West Side Market.
