I use to come here very often with my aunt, however this place has definitely gone down within the last year. Most of the great staff have left this place. I miss the the previous NP christina and the previous nurses. The nurses here are a joke and act like you don’t know what your talking about. one was dressed unprofessionally (as she had a spider man jacket on) not only that couldn’t understand what we trying to tell her for the reason of visit and the other one just had a very mean attitude. The ladies at the front desk are always gossiping about other people or the young lady is always on her phone. Not only that everything little thing you need is charged for. I will no longer be returning here as they lack in patient care and mainly look for profit which is a shame cause Dr.Gutierrez was an amazing doctor however he has terrible staffing.

The doctor was 20 minutes late, didn't mean to enter my room, opened the door and yelled out at the office that he didn't know how the office usually operated, didn't know how to get to the second page of a PDF thus I feel he shrugged off a headscan I felt deserved at least a look, and kept asking how it felt to be a millennial while I was trying to talk about my health. This happened last year and I haven't returned since, unexpectedly this was my second failed attempt to find a regular doctor that isn't bad at their job. It has definitely prevented me from finding a new one. His staff is amazing however and gave me the best service while I was there.

I paid for my results and I can’t get the information over the phone !!! What a joke ! Also back in January 6 I when in to get my prescription renewed and the doctor stated it was for 90 days I went to my pharmacy and it was renewed for 30 days !!! Yet I went to get my labs 15 days later they charge me to get the results !! Today I called in to get my new labs that the doctor requested 15 days later they want to charge me for those results!!! What a joke This clinic really caters to Hispanics and gives them a really bad service if they pay cash .. if your insured they want to the most out of the insurance companies and get you to pay for every visit!!! I’m really feed up with this clinic I recommend people to just walk in to any urgent care and get the same results and no extra charge for results of your tests!!

Great and friendly environment with nice staff. Christina, the Nurse Practioner, is absolutely phenomenal. She is knowledgeable, experienced, and deserves to be called a doctor. She always helps with your best interests in mind and motivates you to look after your health. Love love love this place and the people in it.
