The staff is always helpful and caring. Dr. Hanlon always goes above and beyond for his patients. His level of knowledge and caring for his patients is unmatched by any other doctor I have been to. Thank you for your help and professionalism to all at this clinic.

Apparently this place discriminates. Called to make an appointment and right from the beginning the woman on the phone was very condescending and acted annoyed and bothered that I was even calling. When I finally got to the point where I thought I was about to make an appointment, she point blank said that if I could not provide my insurance id number she could not make the appointment even though I told her that they were in my network and I didn't need a referral per my insurance company. I had just acquired this insurance and I don't have my id cards yet. So, it appears that if you can't prove you have insurance they have no interest in seeing you. They seem to be unaware that there is more than one way to pay for an office visit. I guess my money isn't good there. I'm surprised they didn't ask me the color of my skin or my age. I'm sure they would have if I had been able to give them the insurance info they requested. I think I'll keep my appointment with Beaumont.

This entire building is full of inconsiderate employees. The CEO of McLaren held up many patients to have a conversation with the doctor. Wait time was ridiculous and we had an appointment. This place is so unprofessional it's almost a joke.
