Tried to donate several items, they never showed up on scheduled day to pick up the donation, after they confirmed that date. We called several times, they said they would come the next day and never showed up to get anything. Furthermore, the representatives my husband and I spoke to were both rude and incompetent. We were informed supervisor would call, but never did.

Very disappointed with Veterans of America pick up. After my mother passing we had tagged brand new clothing of tops, blouses, pants, sweaters. Bag and bags never worn beautiful outfits. Also womans jackets, shoes, books and hats. After multiple attempts for pickup they finally come to pick up but deny any of my donation bags. Stating mold was on the books. I personally went back outside and checked every bag. There was absolutely no mold for there 2nd attempt to pick up. So we have went elsewhere. Veterans really needs to make sure there drivers are doing there job correctly. Did they not want to take the15 plus bags we had for them? I would have personally helped carry them to the truck. Makes me sad we have been donating to Veterans for years, not anymore!

They come they take they leave it’s great we have so much furniture clothes tools toys that we change up each year or season so much better then drop off which we do too but this is easier wish they had sooner time slots but they seem to come regularly I always miss the day but hope one is coming up lol

I donate to VVA regularly. They always come and do a great job. Leaving things in my yard is much easier than taking to donation center. Thanks VVA!
