One of the worst. Have to shut truck off for loading or unloading. Co-Driver is in the sleeper. Not their problem, shut off the truck. After 2 hours, haven't even started to unload yet. Employees unprofessional and rude. Obviously could care less about drivers, or the safety of the general public on the road. This is a complete 180 difference from the Ocala FL warehouse. Super nice people there, friendly and professional and actually have respect for drivers. No arbitrary and stupid rules to make life more difficult for professional drivers. I'd go to Ocala FL warehouse again, but only if the delivery was anywhere except the Chino Hills CA warehouse.
To whom it may concern. I am emailing this letter because I am upset from what I had happened on Friday July 6th 2012. The supervisor I am not sure of his name TONY or HARRY sent me home for being three minutes late back from break time ,He gave no warning at all and told me take my badge and vest off and also didn't want to listen to my reasoning for being late that I told him i just get out from restroom,He said he give me 10minute break for go restroom already,That mean all everyone have limit for use restroom if they really need to use it,IS that right to sent me home for 3minute late cause use restroom? I want manager or Whom that concern on this company do everything right to employee,Don't think you are supervisor,manager,that control employee can do anything,You have to give right reason before you sent employee home, By law everyone can use restroom anytime when they really need to go, I have been working alot of warehouse company the first time that I work wit company like this.
