Very unprofessional property management & sales staff. Managed by RIMCO. Beware do not move here. Bait & Switch no access to property management office. Treat you well during sales process but after treat residents terrible. They bully residents and raise lot rent every year. They act like they are doing you a favor to let you live here. The water & sewage managed by RIMCO. Water bill fluctuate greatly when usage stays the same. Water is disgusting. Advice Don’t Move Here. You will regret it. HORRIBLE!

One of my favorite places on earth.
We cannot wait to move from here. The office staff and managers are beyond rude. When we moved here, it was a different manager. You are overcharged on lot rent and they include no services for the seniors. Terrible place.
We love living there!!! Highly recommend it...
Asking price too high for amount of work needed. It needs a fair amount of work including a new roof.
