Hands down best car buying experience! Subaru is making some really great cars these days, and Valley Subaru is a great place to buy one. We worked with my daughter this week buying her first new car to carry her into young adult life. Her old 200,000 miler died suddenly and we needed to move fast. We settled on a Crosstrek (great car) and went into buying mode. Right out of the gate, Valley had the best inventory and fair pricing offer. But the real magic started when we said we wanted to buy. The team at Valley (thanks Josh) swung into high gear and made the process so easy it was actually enjoyable. From conversation to delivery of the vehicle it all happened at lightning speed and without a hitch. Great experience, we are customers for life!

I bought my first car on my own recently from Valley Subaru and could not be happier with the experience. As a young woman buying a car on my own, I was a little intimidated at first when I decided to go car shopping by myself. However, the guys at Valley made me feel comfortable and made the experience enjoyable. I feel like I got a good deal on my new Forester and it is obvious by how well they treat you that they don't want just your business but your family and friend's business as well. Josh Smith was an excellent and attentive salesman, going out of his way and staying late to let me test drive and discuss the car buying process. Everything was explained to me well along the way. Charles was great in helping me get a good deal. Highly recommend!

Although my goal is to eventually buy a Subaru, my eye was caught by another manufacturer's used vehicle on their lot. They "worked" with me to make the deal happen & their professionalism showed through every step in the process! Our salesman was great. His name is Gavin Smith. He is in the Nissan office but can sell other brands. We actually bought a Subaru. The reason I didn't give 5 stars was the business manager, Mike Desmond. He pushed us to buy a maintenance package at 2195. We said no. Then he lowered it to 1690 and proceeded to go over it all a second time. We said no. We just wanted to write a check for car. So then he lowered it to 990. He basically kept telling us what all could go wrong and then had a part sitting on his desk with a 1800 sticker on it. My husband told him he was trying to use a scare tactic. So a good day of getting a new car was kinda ruined.

Updated: Wow! Such wonderfully nice people. They say that they care about their customers and in my experience, they truly mean it. I had some work done on my Subaru through service and the work was done well. No complaints there and I would be happy with the techs doing work in the future. When I scheduled the job, the service tech took the year and model of my subaru and quoted the job for swapping out my TPM sensors with ones from another set of wheels. I made sure he fully understood the job and we discussed bringing in the additional set of wheels. There was a small discrepancy for labor costs in the final bill, but they honored their original quote to the dollar, and said that if I was quoted something, that unless there's a change or if something else came up, that's how much it should be. Really was just a great experience all the way around.
