The massage was excellent. However, the check out experience leaves much to be desired and makes the overall experience extremely unpleasant. The first thing you learn about upon checkout is the two price lists: one for cash and another for credit/debit cards. A one hour massage advertised for 55 actually costs nearly 60 should you decide to use a card. The older Asian lady (who apparently may also be the owner) actually said "cash is better. We like cash." Thinking to myself, "Of course! It's untraceable and can easily be withheld from earnings." To add insult to injury, this same poor example of a human being wasted no time asking for a tip. When I asked for change in singles to give her a tip, she intentionally gave me a 5 bill in an effort to force me to give her the 5 as a tip. So, I asked for singles a second time. At that point, she began to act as if she could not understand or comprehend. Shortly thereafter, she gave me the singles in exchange for the 5 bill. I gave her a 3 tip. This ingrate actually had the audacity to snarl and orally express complete and utter dissatisfication with the tip because it wasn't what she wanted. To my disbelief, I explicitly asked her, "how much do you want?" Appearing embarrassed, she shrugged her shoulders and replied, "whatever you give me." First of all, if I wanted or could afford to tip you, I would have without your having to ask. Secondly, I've paid for the service and am not required nor should I be expected to tip you! When you pay for a dental service, for example, do you tip the dentist? Last but not least, shut up Anal Annie and do us all a favor by having several seats. Totally unprofessional and an absolutely awful experience. Anywhere and everywhere I can share this review, I will. No one should ever have to experience blatant and deliberate post-service ungratefulness.

Monday, November 27, 2017 3:59 PM My significant other and I came here for a chair massage. During checkout, I left a 3 tip. The massueur, an older Asian woman, said "Oh, that's all. I said, "yes, that's all." Then, she said, "Maybe more? 10?" Again, I said, "that's all." Continuing to haggled and beg, this woman then said, "I work hard. This ain't China. This America." In her relentless pursuit to get what she wanted at any cost, as we walked out the door as first and last time custimers, she said "not nice" in front of another waiting customer. This woman is very rude and disrespectful! She gained and lost two customers in a half hour. And as a result of her lack of business and social acumen, will lose many more going forward. Reviews, both written and word of mouth, are powerful. I hope it was worth it Scrooge!

I was having back and shoulder issues and one of the men there was awesome. We found each spot that was hurting me without my telling him where.

The guy was very helpful with questions and gave me a sample of his work. I will return without children for a message.
