I've been waiting over a month to see a psychiatrist. They've made me reschedule twice now and my situation isn't improving while I'm waiting. The therapist they've set me up with is very nice and the sessions are helpful. The staff in general are pleasant. Be prepared to wait to get on any sort of medication.

They are mainly a substance abuse treatment center. They offer mental health services, but you will have to pay about 15 per appointment whether it's med management or therapy. I did not have this problem at Helping Hands. if you have medicaid/insurance good but ther are lots of other places that are better that accept medicaid. I went 4 months without seeing a therapist because the receptionists refuse to set up the appointment and because of that I ended up in the hospital never again will I go there.

I know someone that goes there. They want off the methadone. Yet this place seems to keep stringing people along. They make it so hard to get decreased so you can get out of the program. This place needs to be shut down for medical malpractice
