I been waiting over a year and still haven’t heard anything on my case this is very unprofessional. Every time I call the number and talk to an agent she has no idea what’s going on and say it’s no way to talk to your case manager it’s got to be a better way

They aren’t in the hospitality business at all, just rude and short and could care less about you or your needs. All I wanted was some info and Mrs Chester seemed to be short and irritated I was asking her questions. Looking forward to when I don’t have to deal with these people again!
