Extremely poor service ! I would suggest going to a five star company as this is a negative 10 company. They hire extremely rude and illiterate folks woe can not read write or listen. When you hold them accountable they then become belligerent . Seriously stay clear of these dirty nasty people ! You will regret if you give them a chance as it took me three shots and they are out ! Secondly watch out if you read the five star ratings as these are relatives and friends of the owner and employees! False ratings !!!!!! You will notice there are more negative than positive ratings !

Shane was awesome about getting the 12 D tanks and concentrator I needed for vacation to Hauser Lake. Everyone I talked with at the office was professional and friendly. Pick up was prompt and complete. This office has a huge territory and I am impressed with how efficient they are considering that. Very personable. I look forward to working with them when I vacation again.

Shane, driver and technician, was so nice and friendly and helpful. He diagnosed the problem with my machine quickly and had me breathing again. He was GREAT. I would give 5 stars if not for the trouble I've had with Theresa in the past year. She is rude, and doesn't place my orders so I've had to call three times just to get anything sent to me. I see other complaints here about her. Maybe she should work somewhere else.

The woman (Theresa ) I spoke to on the phone was very impatient, rude and even hung up on me. I had to call back. I was attempting to explain what I needed and she acted as if she did not want to help me. She needs training in customer care service. We are the ones that pay her wages. She may be better off finding another line of work where she doesn't have to interact with customer's.
