My son was seen by his Primary Care Provider for a fracture (detached growth plate) and was referred to Columbus Orthopaedic Clinic. My PCP's nurse called and made the appointment and she was told by the receptionist at Columbus Ortho to send my son to the ER at Columbus and that Dr. Galjour would see us there due to he was on call and already at the hospital. We drove 2 hours and went to the ER for the ER doctor to tell us everything we already knew (ER staff was super nice) and only to be told that Dr. Galjour wanted us to come to the clinic the following day to see him. The staff at Columbus Ortho is very incompetent and created an unnecessary ER bill for me for information that i already had; we just needed the fracture fixed. Needless to say, we have gotten a referral somewhere else and would not recommend Columbus Ortho to anyone. I would have given 0 stars if that was an option. And before i get a response back that the office can't discuss this matter due to HIPPA and to contact their office, we did contact the office before this review was left and got the run around.

I got a blugging disc with a small tear and inflammation below that. My pain was about a 4-5 level when I started, very painful to the touch. This problem was caused by lifting heavy objects. I had a sciatica injections done to my left side. I was told to return to work. I'm maintenance, I work on large equipment (parts that very heavy) which means that I have to lift, bend, climb and pull. I'm on the floor for 12 hours during one shift. I work with electric (24 DC to 240 AC and sometimes 10,000 AC), steam over 400 degrees, hydraulic and pneumatics). I'm the only female but I do the SAME job as the males. This was conveyed to the clinic. One night shift and I'm in chronic pain and can barely walk. Took all day that next morning to get back in and was told that it was muscle spasms, nerves, and inflammation around the disc. They gave me three types of medication (which none I can take at work) and told me to go back to work. And told me not to take the medication at work. So I worst than when I go in, I barely can walk, I'm doped up but they want me to return to a dangerous job where I or get someone else killed? The nurse called me an asked how I was doing, when I told her, I got a \sorry to hear that...see you in a month\.

I love the clinic! All staff are polite. I’ve used Dr Altmyer but would feel confident with of the Doctors or Nurse practitioners!

Dr. Galjour messed my mother’s knee. It’s so sad to watch her suffer, she is worse than before surgery, the unfortunate thing is they know she is suffering but never check or offer any options.
